How much time should I wait for reapplying after reject

I applied for tourist visa one week ago and got rejected. I had applied because my husband is travelling to US on official work on business visa. His company had given a letter mentioning that he is required to travel for 3 months for business discussions and that the company has no objections to my accompanying him. However, the visa officer said that he is not satisfied after seeing the letter and asked me to reapply.

I now want to reapply once my husband has reached US next week and request that I want to join my husband. So it will be just 2 or 3 weeks after my first visa interview where I got rejected. Does this short interval for reapplying create any problem? Are there any other suggestions for my case.

You need to provide more information than that letter. You need evidence that show your strong ties to your home country.
