B1 visa for inlaws

Hi,

I am staying in US in L1 visa, my wife also got L1 visa but she is in india now.

My inlaws do not have a visa now. I am planning to bring her to US after 3-4 months with my inlaws.

Can any one suggest if I should sponser my inlaws or they apply on their own.

If they can sponsor themselves, then it is best if they do that.
