query regarding passport despatch

Hi,

My parents got visa at chennai yesterday. While submitting the papers we had written that we are going to collect the passport at Blue Dart Office, Hyderabad. Yesterday at Visa office they said that they are going to despatch it to the house address. Do they mean, they will despatch to Blue Dart office, or they going to despatch it to the House address only. If any one knows the procedure of the dispatch of passport , please write to me.

If they said house address, I would think it means your house address, whatever you specified.
