first of all hello to u all i just wanted to ask that my parents age is 67 and 74 they get low pension do not have any property and both the kids are in us but have bank account can this can work as key factor? although the balance is not very high but around 2 lakh which i think for retired person is good moreover is their age is also a drawback?should i go ahead and try my luck again as last time visa was rejected. do the vo consider the previous rejection reason before granting visa?

No harm in trying. Concentrate on proving ties and that they will come back. Both kids in US is of course a disadvantage, top it with their retired status and low income, they will think there is not reason for them to stay back in home country. -
Thanks orion but here what the problem is how can i show ties back as they do not own any property. is the information of ds156 is sufficient for vo to take decision ?as sometimes they even dont look for the documents as there is no column of property in that moreover decision is made before the interview or it is based on the interview?Comment
