Visitor Visa for my parents

Hi,

I am planning to apply for my parents visitor visa to USA. My father is a school principal and his income is not taxable. He does not have much property either. My parents can show a property(including jewellery, electronic appliances, fixed deposits etc.) upto 8 lakhs. Is that sufficient ?

Also, my father is the General Power of Attorney for a house that me and my husband purchased in India. Can he include that in the property documents. The house is worth at 25 lakhs.
