can i visit US on b1/b2(business visa)?

I have a B1/B2 visa stamped from my company with 10 years validity and visa type R. I travelled to US earlier on B1 visa for a short duration of 2+ months for an assignment. Can I travel to US as a visitor on the same Visa or doi I have to apply again for a fresh visitors visa?
Please let me know.

Yes, you can use the same visa. Note that it is a B1/B2 visa which means it can be used for both casual visits(B2) as well as business visits(B1).
