visitor visa for minor

I'm a gc holder and want to invite my 9 yr old nephew to visit me for the summer holidays. He will be travelling both ways with me.

Do I send the same set of Visitor visa papers or any thing else is required?

Does he need to attend interview at the consulate? If so, who cna accompany him for the interview?
Can I (aunt) take him to the interview or should it be his parents?

Same procedures as any one else.

Yes, he needs to attend the interview. And both parents must be present for the interview. Or the absent parent must give no objection letter to the attending parent.
