Tourist Visa-Reentry within 3 months

My parents went back to India at the end of February, 2008 after staying with me in Illinois for la ittle over 4 months. They came here in October and had to leave at the end of Februaury as their tourist visa was expiring on April 03,2008 (were given 1 year Visa). My sister is planning to sponsor for them this time with an intention to have them here sometime in June for some personal reasons. I just need to know if it is possible for them to get a tourist visa again as they will be applying within 3 months of their return back to India. please advise and let me know if someone faced a similar situation.

If they try to stay in US too much, they may be given very short stay at port of entry or denied entry altogether.

I advise they should not reapply for a visit so soon.
There is a risk they will be denied; people have been denied on subsequent applications, when
people used their one year visas for long stays or reapplied too soon.

Its better to wait atleast an year .. Do not take any chances , If the VO gets any doubt , they wont get the visas again in feature ..
