Visa for my parents

Hello gurus,
I am in USA on H1-B visa and My brother is also in USA on Student Visa and he sucessfully complted his master' degree.

I want to invite my parents to attend my brother convocation ceremony here in May/June.
I also want to provide them sponsorship as they are not financially sound to show proper funds in india.
My brother received a letter from college which mentions that please allow visitor visa for this students parents to attend degree ceremony.

1. Now what documents do i have to provide so that they can come here , if i have to Sponsor them?
please provide specific Forms guidelines

2. What documnets my brother has to provide.

3. do I and my brother both have to provide bank statement and all , or just my brother need letter
of invitation from college will do.?

4. Per person how much amount do i need to atleast provide in my banks account, for their expenses and all ?

please advise as this is critical for me?

4. There is no set limit. Something like $5,000 is good enough.
