Visas for My spouses uncle

Hi i am trying to send visiting visa for my wifes uncle and his wife. First question can i sponsor for them . If so what all documents need to be sent from my side. Second question what formalitites does they need to fulfill .

Your sponsorship will not matter much. Each visitor has to overcome the burden of presumed immigrant intent on their own by proving ties to the home country. As long as they can prove that, visit visa may not be an issue.
