Regarding Sponsor's Employement letter for Visitor visa

Hi I got employment letter from my employer as soft copy and I am sponsoring my in laws.Can they take a color print out of that or hard original copy only to be used.Any inputs ASAP will be helpful.

You can e-mail ...

... a scanned image of the original letter that has the signatures.

They can take this letter for the interview. It would still be preferable if they have the original document.

You got it as a soft copy, so how did u get signatures on it

Hi its a signed employment verification letter(signed by HR) which has been scanned.This wont be enough please let me know!

That should be fine I guess, but an original is always preferred.
