  • Agriculturist visa questions ?

    Hi Guys,

My grandfather is a farmer and he is doing agriculture as his primary job. My grandparents are attending for the tourist visa.

He has taken the evaluation of his property and his own house which is around 45 lakshs and he has an annual income of 2 lakhs on agriculture. They live in a small village and i am worried does the annual income of 2 lakshs is less or is it ok.

He has taken the house tax bills he is paying for the own house but as a agriculturist he dosent pay any income tax on agriculture. what he should say when they ask about income tax on agriculture.

what are the general questions that they will ask for a farmer who is doing agriculture as the main business

any suggestions or guidance would be really appreciated

    Thanks,

    Srini

It is a known fact that the farmers don't have to pay the income taxes in India. Therefore, no problem regarding that.

Rs. 2 lakh /year income is fine. Nothing to worry about.
