Hi Everybody,
I am here in United states past 3 years on L2 dependent Visa. My husband is in on L1. Our Visa got expired march 2006 and we are here on I94. Now our I94 also got expired march2008 and my hubbys office has applied for extension. Now we have received an questionaire. I am 5 months pregnant and want to get my parents before my delivery. Can i apply for my parents visitor visa even though we are under the process of getting extension? what are the chances of them getting visa under this circumstance? I have a younger sis, who is still in collage and my mother is a government employee, father got retired a year ago and they can provide suffficient documents regarding wealth.
