Urgent Please Help

My parents are going to appear for tourist visa interview on same day, but their appoinment times are different and in different language enlish/hindi. Is there any way they can go together as many of their documents are common?

Do you think the best solution is to cancel and reschedule interview?
or they will be able to request to go together.

Try to go together ...

... if you cancel, then you may not get another appointment quickly. In most cases they should be able to go together, unless the arrogant security guard outside the building acts like a dictator and rudely prevents them from going in together.

It shouldn't be a problem, just ask them to be friendly and polite and sweetly make their way in!
