  • Parents Visitor Visa trail _ 3 rd time

    My parents visitor visa got refused and received 214(b)two times
    (1st time july 06 & 2nd time jan 07)
    we carried good property documents both the times,looks like they didnt look much into them

    2.reason we are assuming, i being one and only son (for my parents) working in USA.i have been in USA for about 6 plus years now.

    3.Infact My old age grand mother stays with my parents in India
    ============================
    1.what kind of questions thay may ask?if thay attend again after 1.5 years gap.
    2.Is it a good idea, my mom and dad go together again.
    3.infact my dad is a farmer

    Please help me out

    Yes, you judged the reason for denial right.
    The officers think parents will like to live where their only child lives and
    they won't return.

    For correct advice please let me know;
    *what is your visa status?
    *What is your salary?
    *When did you last visit your parents in India?
    *Did you send them I-134 affidavit of support, the last 2 times?
    *Do you send them any money?
    * what is your dad's annual income shown on paper?
    *What is your dad's net worth roughly ( property value+ all deposits)?
