i need suggestions for visitor visa

hi

i am rama, i am sponcering visa to mom because my father is not interested in coming as his health wont permit him to travel..i am on green card n my husband is a citizen...i sent all the documents correctly to mom but she cant show property documents as a financial proof for returning india because she dnt hav any bank deposits n own a house but it is on my grand ma's name.

i hav a brother n sister got married n working in india...so what are proofs i can provide...is it sufficient to provide family photos with my brother n sister..

if in the interview they ask my mom why ur husband is not coming with u?then is the answer she should provide..

please help me with these 2 queries....

Property is not important. She can carry some pictures, but they will believe what she says about her other children. Health reason for your dad is fine.

She should ask for a short stay ( 3 months) . Never say 6 months.
