Clarification required on I-94 not collected on my departure from US

Hi,

I referred to the note on what is to be done if I-94 was not collected by airline on my departure from US. In your website you have mentioned the documents to be sent to ACS-CBP SBU while some other websites mention ACS-INS SBU. I am confused.

I traveled to US on a B1 visa from India. Now I have returned and find the I-94 still attached to my passport.

Where do you suggest I should send the evidence of my departure from US. Please forward me the right address.

ACS-INS SBU does NOT exist anymore.
