Question on VISA issuance for my Motherinlaw

Hi,

I have a question about my motherinlaws visa...

I am sponsoring her as my husband is not in working status..
Can someone help me in answering how I should proceed.

There might be questions about him not working ... right .....

Any help is appricated

It would not matter unless he on a status that he is supposed to be working and not working (like H1b??), then it is a problem.
