Dear friends

Can you pls help by answering my question?

My parents are settled in Hyderabad ( AP) having house etc in Hyd. only. So their Sate of residence should be Andhra Pradesh.
But my brother is residing in Lucknow, I wanted to have their Visa interview at Delhi consulate office. Can I do that? If yes how to select State of residence while taking Visa interview date?
