My husband and I just got back from a interview with immigration today, Im not really sure how it went, but we sat down at the office and then the immigration officer started reviewing the papers that we submitted and then asked if my husband is in any gang groups or is here in the us to spy etc.. etc.. then he asked if he has been arrested but my husband went to juvi (florida department of juvenile justice) about 6 years ago when he was minor, so we explained all of that to the office and he said that we need to provide a certified court records for any and all arrests if no record exists provide certified document stating no record. then he said thats we dont have to come back.. to mail those records withing 90 days! We dont live in Florida anymore, we're in NY.. does anyone know how or from where we can get that?
