Hey i want a friend of mine to visit my parents in USA because im planning to marry him . But before that i want him to visit my parents. How Do i get the VIsa for him.. And what will be the criteria??? Im a citizen of USa but he is an indian and works for Satyam BPO....

First of all, if he applies with a reason that he is going to visit his future bride and in-laws, he will never be given a visitor visa. The reason is simple;
a visitor visa requires a non-immigrant intent but he will be applying with a potential immigrant intent.
If he is a high ranking employee , he should come on a company sponsored business visit without a mention of you guys.
If he is just starting out with the company, it will be hard to get a visitor visa.
But still , please provide the following info to see if something is possible;
*what is his annual salary in INdia? roughly
*Do his parents have a strong financial standing in India assets wise and income wise?
*Does he have any relatives in US? on what visas?
*Has he travelled to other countries before?
