W2 forms

Hi

am sponsoring my parents for visitor visa. I have 3 years IRS documents and also latest W2 form. I dont have rest of 2 years W2 forms. Is it ok send like that.

No W2 ...

... you only need the filed tax returns. Do not require W2 forms.

However for your own records, you need to have the W2 attached with your tax returns with you. This is for IRS and not for Immigration.
