Hello Everyone,
I need some suggestions on preparing the case for Visitor Visa Application for my father.
Background:
His Visa has been rejected twice:
1. First time, My Mother and Father applied together. VO, after few questions asked about children. My Father, told him they have only two, one in US and other in Australia. Based on this, the visa for both was rejected.
2. Second time, after more than a year, my Mother went alone for Visa appointment. Mentioned my wife's pregnancy and said that she is going alone. VISA was approved.
3. My father went after a month and honestly told the VO that he also wants to go, instead of lying that he was also going alone. VO said your wife said something else earlier so rejected again.
4. At this point, my father applied for Australian visa and visited Australia for few months while my mother was here.
Now it has been over a year since he applied and almost 6 months since his last visit to Australia.
We just visited India for 4 weeks in April and my mother is again back with us.
He wants to take his chance again and apply for his visa. What should be the strategy?
He is not working per se..he is a tax consultant and an investment broker. He only works when he needs it. Anyways, he is ready to work, if it helps his visa application. Also, my parents have a third child who never lived with us. She always lived with my aunt.
For his ties to India.. He holds important fanancial positions in his society (e.g., Temple's accounts, Local Hospitals, etc).. does lot of charity work, he has his Mother in law partially dependant on him and plus his friends and relative circle is big. I'm just trying to list out everything that can help him.
Any recommendations...
Thanks,
M
