  • No annotation.. visa questions

    Hii All,
First let me thank you for the great effort done in this site which is reference and helpful for millions people.

I had a b1/b2 visa valid for 5 years with no annotation written, the reason which i applied in the embassy is to attend trade fair in may 2008.

For personal reasons, my trip is canceled and i will not go to the states.

1- should i report back to the embassy that i will not go anymore, if yes will they cancel the visa?. ( i called them and they told i should provide my name & passport No.!!!! but i did not co i felt they will cancel it)

2- will i be able to visit the usa for any other reason that the one i applied in the embassy example for tourism

3- is it true that i have to travel during the first six months of my visa otherwise it will be canceled.

    Thanks in advance,
    Mehaw
