Hi,
My wife and I are national missionaries in Haiti and will be attending a conference/retreat in Bulgaria and Greece in October 2008. We are both a U.S tourist visa holders and plan to get our Greek visas in Chicago when we travel there in September. Greece has no embassy in Haiti, so can we get our visas in the U.S? Thanks.
