Hi,
I am traveling to the USA in a few weeks and just found out I might need a visa. The webstie says people who have been arrested, convicted etc need extra visas and need to book an apointment with the consulte. I have been arrested in the past but then released without any further actions. Bascially a wrongful arrest. Does this mean I need to get a visa? Do the USA port authorities even check peoples criminal records who come in? Its got to the time now that I think it would be to late to even apply for a visa. would I get past the autorties if i didnt declare it? do they havr any way of checking and would i get caught? what are the consqeuqnces of this?
