Visa for my Brother

Hi,

My brother is 19 and is studying in Bangalore (2nd Year). For his next holiday vacation, I would like him to come here. But someone just mention me that its really hard to get visa for teenagers.
1. Please let me know if there is any risk involved?
2. Do you think if I sponsor him or do you think my father should sponsor him?

1. Yes
2. Doesn't matter. The risk is still high whoever sponsors due to his age. In fact, if he has plans to pursue higher studies later, it is not recommended to apply for a visitor visa now. In case that results in a rejection, it will also work against him later if he applies for a F1.
