DS-156 form

Dear Sir/madam
My concern is my mother was sponsored by her brother to USA for his house cermony in mar 2006 at that time i was in USA but he didnt mention my name in Q37,but her visa was refused for insufficeint documents .I want to sponsor my mother now as im financially settled ,ill indicate my mothers brother name in DS-156 when i sponsor my mother will this be a problem for my mothers visa.
please help me with this.

Hiding a material fact can have very bad consequences. Never do that. Mention everything truthfully. It is better not to lie in the new application.
