    1) When you go to HDFC bank to pay your visa fees. What documents do you need? I understood most of documents you need before your interview but do you need to show all the same paper work when you go to HDFC bank to pay for visa?

    2) My non profit organization of planning to invite international youth affiliates to our September conference. They have done it before in 2006 and I joined just 9 months ago and the staff are saying that they didn't need to give I134 or anything as proof of sponsorship. They just sent a letter to the consulate saying "the organization is taking care of their expense and just an invitation letting to the visitor stating the same"

Now, they have me working on their visa and I am wondering if I need to send I134 and IRS copy of the last 3 years to the visitors to show to the consulate. The company doesn't think it is visitor`s business to know how much "the organization earns" and they feel uncomfortable sending their bank statement to each 30 invitees.

But I just want these youth to be rejected on that basis and then had to schedule for another interview and pay that extra visa fees. It`s costing the company and I don't want to take the risk.

Any light on the subject would be greatly appreciated.

    1. Look at https://www.immihelp.com/usa-visa-fees/

    2. The consulate needs to know how much your organization makes and whether it can really support 30 visitors.
That is exactly why they need the financial documents (tax returns etc.) and I-134 form etc.
And organization can't send those documents directly to the consulate to look at. And organization can't give the sealed (confidential) envelope to the visitor that they can show to the consulate as it is not allowed.
If the organization is not comfortable sharing the details to the visitors they are sponsoring, there is an increased chance that their visa be rejected.

It is the same case with many people that sponsor their relatives. Many of them don't want their parents or especially in-laws to know exactly how much they earn, but if they want to sponsor, they have to reveal.

      Vfs

okay, once you have the receipt, you either book the appointment online on vfs website or you go to the VFS office physically. When you go there, or fill form online, do you need all the information such as how much money will your sponsor cover etc etc? or is it during the interview that you get to show all the paperwork? Is it just a bar code number and your passport details that you need to fill up to get interview appointment?

      thanks

          I134

When the organization invites someone for conference, whose details should be filled in I134?

I134 ask for DOB, insurance details, naturalization etc etc... when the organization invites, it`s not just our director, it`s with our board members approval that we invites these people.

So what should I fill in I134?

I134 starts with I, (name) residing at (street number),(city),(state) and( zip code).
          1- I was born on (-----) at (--------), (country)

So I am not sure what to put there?

          thanks

            finally

I talked to an immigration attorney today and he said if the invite is from the organization, there is no need to fill I134. I134 is for total different kind where a family or a relative sponsors and invites a visitor. He also said if it is a high profile event there is no need to send financial documents, so it looks like my colleagues were telling me the truth when they said "they didn't have to send any I134 or financial statements) last time they invited international participants.

Anyways, thanks for all the help.
