I hold a H1 visa and will be planning to fly in the near future. My father is 69 years old and I want to take him along with him on tourist visa, my mother is no more. Can my father apply for a tourist visa through a travel agent like Thomas cook, without mentioning that I am holding an H1 visa? Can it be tracked if the applicant’s son is holding a H1 visa? Please advice. What are all documents needed for applying a travel visa for a senior citizen

If he is dependent on you, you should look for a job near his home and not travel on your H1B.
Even if he were to receive a visitor visa, he could remain no more than 6 months per year. If he were to try to live in the US with you without the proper documents, he would be an illegal and no better than those who sneak across the border. He cannot live in the US; it does not matter that he is dependent on you; that is not a good reason.
It is not OK to lie! Why would you even ask this forum such a question. Do your own research. Few people will help someone who admits they are willing to lie or hide truthful information in order to obtain a visa.

Are you in the US or outside the US? It is necessary to disclose it if you are staying in US. If you just hold a H1b visa on your passport, who cares!
You cannot use the H1b visa for touring US with your dad though. It should be used for the purpose it was granted for.
I am not a lawyer and you need to consult with one to validate any info posted on the forum and discuss your case specifics. H1b Question? Read the FAQ first.
