Self sponsored visitor visa...URGENT

Hi,
Me and my husband are attending visitor visa/B2, on May 30th. We will be travelling to Europe on business purpose and to USA for tourism from there. The trip will be sponsored by ourselves and we will be paying for our tickets and all other expenses. We have entered my neice's address in USA in form DS-156.So, please let us know what documents we need to get ready apart from the property and financial proofs.
