I_134 question

Hi All,

I need help regarding the I-134 form. I will be inviting my parents to visit us.
Me , My husband and son all US citizens.

Parents visa already rejected three times and they will be applying after 3 years wait.

We are wondering weather my husband should send 134 in his name or it should be in my name? I read in faqs that its better to sent by the daughter than son-in-law.
But,

Husband works for a big , well known US company.
I work for a not so known company for last 2 years.


Husband already sponsored visa for his parents (in 2002) and for his sister and brother-in-law (in 2007 April).
I have not sponsored visa to anyone yet.

My last name is same as my parents.
My husbands assets are more.

In this situation, Who should send the I-134 form? Me or my husband?
Working for a small cmpany will make any negative impact? My job is stable.

Does not matter much. Either is fine. They have to prove, on their own, their non-immigrant intent and ties to home country more importantly. Affidavit of Supports are not as much important.
