VFS - Passport Tracker Message

Hello
My aunt interviewed at the US Consulate in Mumbai today and was granted a visa. When I check the status of her passport delivery, it shows the following message:
"Your passport has not been handed over to VFS. Kindly contact our regional call centres for further queries".

Does anyone have any idea of what this means?

just check tomorrow it will show it has been handed over to vfs, it does not mean anything, you dont need to worry about it, it is normal to show this message till vfs recieves the passport. chill
