Visitor Visa in case of Pending H1B Extension

My H1b visa expires on Jun 30 2008(end of 3rd year). I have applied for an extension,received receipt and waiting for approval. In the meantime my mother-in-law has an appointment for visitor visa around May end. Will there be any problem for her as my extension approval is still pending? Pls let me know ur thoughts.

Shouldn't be a problem. Has many such posts on the forum. Look around.
