so their case is canceled. so my sister is out of status but married.
They will apply again soon. And will do a chirch wedding in june...
I was wondering if i can go to usa now??????
Can my brother in low invite me for a chirch ceremony for their chirch wedding?
    Will i have any problems?

    1.- what's a chirch?

2.- you will have better chances if this ceremony is a big deal and more people (than just you) are invited. You also need to overcome 214(b) on your own. it is fine for your sister to provide an invitation for you, but that is it.

3.- exactly why didn't they show up for the interview? this may have an effect since she is out of status and thus, deportable.

now, they have to reapply soon so she is in status and not deported... I would say they need to do this before they invite you to come.
