how can i sponsor my grandparents v visa

Hi,
I'm a 22 yr old girl. i immigrated with my parents and brother in Aug 2007 and hold a greencard. Since the end of Jan 2008 i have a temporary job, but it is a long term temporary and well paid. I have my grandparents back in India, 80 and 85 years of age. Can I sponsor them to US on visitor visa?
My father is working with me in the same place. Can we two call my grandparents here as join sponsors? I really want to get them here as soon as possible. Kindly guide me

If your dad has good income from the job , he should sponsor them.

Also, more important than your sponsorship are their ties to India.
And their ages will also be an important factor.

*Do they have any major illness?
*Do they have any children in India?
*What is the source of their living?

Due to their age, the likelihood of a visitor visa will be very less. Also, you seem to hint that there is no proper financial support in the US. Having someone old visit would require good medical coverage and a fortune to support that cost.

Thank you dear members for ur quick response. I met an agent here and according to him my income would be sufficient to bring my grandparents on visitor visa, which i doubt. No, they do not have any major illness except diabetes which is also always under control. In India, they actually dont have a steady source of income, but the grandparents have joint bank deposits and shares of about Rs 10,00,000 ( no Immovable property). monmthly source of income is the bank interest and dividends. NO pension.
About our income in US, i make about $3000 net every month and my father also makes $3000net every month.
I want them to be here for 6 months, else my (earning) mother and father will have to go back. I want to know if I and my father can be JOINT SPONSORERS for my grandparents visitor visa. I know that spouses can be joint sponsorers, but whether father and daughterr can be joint sponsorers or not is the mystery.
