help in regard to visitor visa

Hi
My father is going to Chennai consulate after 2yrs (visa rejection) for second time for visa interview. I m only son and not sisters,bro. aswell Mom passed away long time back. My father stays with his brothers in a joint family. Last time we showed Good Property, my bank bal of 20K etc. nothing worked.
Rejection reason was "vo not satisfied with the reason of Returning back".

Aplying after 2yrs With all the documents again , Will that help ?
Do we need to Send the Affadavit with the Property details ?

Should I show he is working as accnt/clerk in a store to make the case strong?

Pls suggest and advise//

Documents are of minimal importance. Has he already taken an appointment?

They are looking for strong ties, mainly family ties, for a person his age, that will bring him back.
Lack of spouse , children in India make it very difficult. He is likely to be denied again.

He can try showing strong occupational ties. Please post;

*What did he work as, when he went last for interview? Salary?
*Does he work at the store, full time now? How long has he been working?
*Does he have the potential/place to show a small business like a small shop?
