I-134 - Mother's name in my US property

Hi

I want to invite my mother to the USA. I am a green card holder and reside in NYC. I have recently purchased a home and added my mother's name to the deed (it also appears on the property tax receipt). If I sponsor her visit, would it be a problem? She does own 2 properties in India, but I am a bit confused about the repercussions of her name on the property tax recpt.

May I know why did you put your mother's name in the deed?

I am single and I wanted her to have the house if I die before her - that's why I added her name.
