Past discontinuation of F1 if explained by your injury is fine.
Current B1 will be assessed like any other B1 for cs exam.
TIPS;
*Good step 1 and 2ck scores improve the chances.
*Show your own money to spend for the trip. Do not get financial sponsorship from anyone in US.
*Show good employment/practice in India with good income.
*They will ask you about future plans. You must show concrete plans in India
after completing residency in US. Show practice site and plans/ letter from a hospital offering you consultancy after you return from US.
