urgent help required

Hi,

I am applying for my mothers visitor visa.
Mother has filled the HDFC fees and got the receipt. She gave me the receipt number. on the receipt the number is written two times. one starts with 'A' and the other with 'E'

for example
A9999999999
E9999999999

now today I need to book the interview date and I am confused which receipt number I should enter. Please help this is urgent.

One of it has to work right? Try both. I think the first A/E is not required to be entered if my memory is right.
