Hi,
My parents hav a 10 years visa. I was wondering if you could book only incoming flight and do the outgoing after they come to US.
Any suggestion??

The officers at entry may ask to see your ticket and if they do not see a return portion , they may suspect immigrant intent, so it is advisable to book a return flight. Moreover, It is always cheaper to book a return flight at once. Some airlines allow a free first change of return date and others charge a nominal fee like $75-$100. Which still comes out cheaper than booking return separately from US.

There is also a open ticket system in which the return ticket is booked but you get to pick the return date later. That is an option that I have used many times for my parents.
