Hi,
I am on H1 and am sponsoring my parents. Also, my brother is coming over for his Masters. Will either of the visa interviews have issues due to the other? Any strategy over, which interview is to be scheduled first?
For instance, should my parents finish theirs before my brother's? In case they attend after my brother's interview, will both the offsprings' visa status impact their visa decision? If my parents go prior, should they even disclose that my brother is planning on coming over for his MS?
Can the same affidavit of property (bank balance, CA statements) be used for both the interviews?
Should my mom and dad pay individually at HDFC inspite of going to a common interview? I mean, should each have their own receipts?
I have already sent the I134s for my parents and they are not printed back to back - Is this a problem? Will I have to re-send?
Plz. clarify ASAP.
