Need advice to get marry my fiancee in US

All,

I am on H-1B and my fiancée is in here as Tourist visa.
We are planning to get married at back home after her visa expired.
Due to workload, my manager doesn’t allow me to go home this year.
I am wonder if we can get married in US.

She has 1 month visa and her visa will expire in another 15 days.

Can someone advice me?

Visa expiry has got nothing to do with it. When does the I-94 expire?

You can get married in the US, she can return home before her I-94 expires and apply for a H4 in the home country.

If it has been more than 90 days that she has entered US, you can apply for a COS to H4 and she can continue staying in the US. If you are not familiar with the paperwork, consult an attorney.
