Invite sister on B2 visa

Hi,
I'm working in US on H1b visa since last 2 years, I would like to sponsor my sister's visitor visa.
She has completed her education and working in a small company.
She can provide proof of employment and salary slip, but she doesnt have any assets as she has just started to work recently.
Will there be any problem for her to get the visa?

Assets are not that important.Job stability and income is. Be advised that young , single people with
not so strong occupational ties ( recent job, low down in hierarchy, mediocre pay, small company) will face difficulty getting a visitor visa to meet a blood relation, as the officer may think you may help her settle there.

If she wants to apply let her apply after she has worked at least a year in the company.
Because they are going to ask her 100% ; "how long have you been with the company and how much do they pay you?"

Will it make any difference if she applies visa and appear for interview with my parents?

There is a likelihood the officer may think they are all going to US to get her married there.

Actually, there is a lot of luck involved too. Some officers are lenient but others are difficult. She can try her luck alone.

If her company sends some people for training abroad, that may be a better approach.
