Can L2 dependent sponsor US visa

Hi
I am an L2 dependent working in US.Can I sponsor my parents to visit US? Is there any legal problems doing this way? Or should I tell my husband (L1) to sponsor them? Please reply.

Anyone that has sufficient income and bank balance can sponsor. Above all, the sponsorship for visitor visa does not mean much. Each visitor has to qualify on their own by proving ties to home country.

Do you currently have a job?
Do you have bank balance for $700-1000 per month for the period each visitor's stay?

If the answer is yes, you can send the documents.
