Urgent: Birthcertificate error please help Urgent!

Hi,

I am sponsoring my parents tour to USA and their interview is in 2 weeks. I just found out that the birthcertificate I have has a wrong DOB and my name is also misspelled in it.

I would like to know what type of affidavit is necessary to cover that mistake and who should sign it (Notary, Judge, etc.).

Use Higher Secondary School Certificate

In case of no birth certificate- you can always use your 10th class school certificate- it has your full name and date of birth. I have always used it and it worked for my parents visa.
