Hi,
My husband is planning to sponsor for my in-laws B2 visa, he is about to transfer his H1 to a new company for better prospects. Will it cause a problem for my in-laws stamping if they take the documents like this to visa office: passort copy containing visa from old company and H1 petition from new company, paystubs from old company and may be one new paystub from new company (if he receives one by their appmt time), Employer letter from new company etc....
Or should he just stay with the old company till his parents get B2 visa and then go for an H1 transfer.
Any help is highly appreciated and suggestions are most welcome.
