I am planning to bring my parents to US. Even though i am staying for long time,
recently i started working. What happens when we don't have 3years of w2 forms. 2 years ago i went back to India and stayed there for 2 years at that time i am missing my w2 forms. Any suggestions. Please help.

Your post is not clear about what you are trying to say. If you have not been in the US, why is the W2 a concern in the first place?

What do you mean by recently you started working? Were you on a H1b without working for a long time and recently started working?

I am a G.C holder, what i want to clarify is do we need all three years of w2 forms or 2 years of them are enough.

W2 etc are all supporting documents. In most cases, they are not even looked at. Important thing is for the visitor to qualify on their own and prove their ties to the home country.
