We are planning to apply for a visitor visa for my parents. My brother who is in the US & on H1 is going to be the sponsor and has all the documents ready. My green card is approved & we will be getting it in mail in a day or two. I think we need to send a copy of it along with the visa application for my parents. My question is since my brother is acting as a sponsor is it ok if he send all the documents as mentioned on your website ? Do I need to submit any/all of sponsor documents too ?
