Is passport/visa required?

Hi,

I am going to live in San Felipe and want to travel to the States for sightseeing and to stay with freinds about every 6 weeks. I am a UK citizen and will remain one with a UK Passport, I have had conflicting info. as to how to cross the border. Can you advise me please on how many time I can enter the US and if I need a visa.

You can cross border by sea, land or air.

Thank you, I take it I still need a I-94W when I cross the border by car if so is that all I need as well as my passport.
